Local IT support

Service area: Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and nearby. Remote support is also available.

• Home visits: USD 130 per hour. Computer, Wi-Fi, printer and phone help; setup, backups, lessons, and practical AI help. No trip fees on Hilton Head.
• Remote help: USD 80 per hour. Phone or secure screen-share support for problems that can be handled remotely.
• Small business IT: USD 150 per hour. Business email, office Wi-Fi, device setup, backups, account protection, practical AI workflows, and small custom tools.

Hours: weekdays after 4pm; weekends 8am–6pm, local Hilton Head time. Same-week appointments are offered when available, not guaranteed.

Technical consulting

• Focused consultation: USD 200 total for 30 minutes.
• Follow-on work: USD 275 per hour.
• AI agents and custom tools: hands-on expertise with OpenClaw, Hermes, and GrokBot; setup, customization, tool connections, and practical workflows with sensible permissions and human oversight.
• Security reviews: threat modeling and reviews of personal setups, small teams, products, and infrastructure.
• Linux and learning: cloud servers, homelabs, and tailored technical guidance.

Research, hardening plans, and builds are scoped before work starts. Only authorized, ethical work is offered. If Eli does not think he can help, he will not take the money.

Optional monitoring

• Home: USD 49 per month for up to 3 devices; extra devices USD 12 per device per month.
• Business: USD 149 per month for up to 5 devices; extra devices USD 25 per device per month.

Monitoring includes device-health visibility and recommendations, not unlimited repairs. Parts, hardware, software subscriptions, and out-of-scope work cost extra unless otherwise agreed in writing.
